HE'S HOME!!!!! After two years of faithfully serving a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints in St. Louis, MO, one of my all-time best friends, is home. McKay got home this morning and tonight his family was gracious enough to share him with extended family and friends. Marissa and I weren't able to head out til later, but that was ok because most had left or were leaving shortly so we got to see people from high school and then we just stuck around to help clean up and catch up with McKay.
Ris and I did plenty of talking and squealing in the car on the way there, I mean let's be honest, we are two best girl-friends and our third bestie was just moments away for the first time in years. You would be too. So we got there and when he saw us walking up he came out and practically tackled us. Best group hug. Ever. Period. End of story. It was absolutely priceless. We all just held each other and then did individual hugs. I love hugs. A lot. Anyways, he is great. It is easy to tell that he was an excellent missionary and stayed focused until the absolute end. I am so proud of you McKay, way to serve the Lord with all your heart and take this glorious gospel to those that were ready to hear it. I am so proud of you.
Here are pictures from the night. There will be more to follow once Suz posts hers. Buenos Noches.

McKay with Senor Ball's hat. I gave it
back for his welcome home gift.
Yup, I re-gifted. And he loved it.
Me and McKay again. My hair tried to eat me
so that's why we took the one above.
The 3 M's!! We did a picture just like this before he left.

Those of us from high school that were there.
