Welp...Andrea got married two weeks ago. As a result, there was a road trip to Southern California in order. It went down pretty similar to the trip I took in May, it was blissful. So warm. A happy 75 degrees the whole time. Shorts and t-shirts, yum. We had some last minute kinks that worked out great, we wound up in a great hotel, right across the street from Disneyland. We loved it. I wound up driving the whole way to Cali so Thursday when we got there I was pretty beat, but we wound up still going to Downtown Disney which was way fun. Then Friday we spent all day in Disneyland and California Adventure. There were hardly any people there so we didn't really have to wait in many lines which was great!! The new "World of Color" show was awesome, just so you know. Saturday, we went to the beach, Salt Creek Beach of course, and loved it. There were SOOOOOOO many great surfers there cause there was a surf tour there, it was sweet. There was a mega creeper that followed us after the beach and was bound and determined to talk to me and get to know me, he could not understand why I wouldn't consent to talk to him later or call him or give him my name or number. He was a weirdie. The full story is best in person so if you want to hear it, ask me. Finally, we left the beach and went to the reception. We drove the CRAZIEST highway to get Willdomar from Laguna Hills, it was dark and so windy that even the GPS just kept getting turned around. But we made it there safe and her reception was so fun, it was just like a party which is what a reception should be, a celebration for their marriage!! Her brother Levi attempted to teach me to waltz, didn't work out very well. And then he dedicated a Ke$ha song to me after the bride and groom left, inside joke but so funny.
Sunset at the beach. Check out that wave.
