Zoobs

So yesterday at work, Meretta and I were trying to explain to Josh what a "zoobie" is. A zoobie is one of the people that is completely stereotypical BYU. Think of a nerd, peter priesthood and BYU fan, and BAM! You've got a zoobie. So, I avoid this at all costs. I REFUSE to be a zoobie. Refuse. I think last night I came closer than ever to being one, but it was actually a lot of fun. Here is the pictures of my Zoobie Moment.

Ok, here's the story behind it. There is the hike called "The Y". It is a pretty brutal hike, so my professor for Exercise Prescription Testing said he'd give us extra credit for hiking it. I wanted to do it before it got cold and snowy, so we wound up doing a night hike since days are pretty busy for everybody. It was me and my roommates Katherine and Kristen, McKay, Ali, Lexi, Amanda, Emily, Kathryn, Josh, Josh's roommate Nathan. I think that's everybody. We hit the trail around 10:30. At which point the Y was all lit up for homecoming week. By the time we got to the top 40 minutes later it was turned off, lame. But we had fun on the trail up, and even though it was hard, it wasn't as hard as horrible as I remembered it being. Maybe because I hiked it in the middle of a hot day, not a nice, cool, autumn evening. But it was great. When we got to the top we just chilled for a while, laid upside down which was freaky, and took fun pics. Enjoy.
