Oh How I love A Good Break

Welp. I survived. Finals week I procrastinated almost as much as possible, however I did finish my last test 4 hours before the testing center closed, so that's a good thing. I feel like I haven't even had much time to breathe since then though. Work has been NUTS. My schedule got rearranged this week so I wound up with ten hours more work than I had planned which didn't really interfere with Christmas plans, just with relaxation plans.

However, after working almost 9 hours today, I am enjoying a nice evening at my parents basking under the lights of the Christmas trees, watching football on the big screen and catching up on my facebooking, e-mailing, and blogging. Wonderful. I love having time to breathe.

Brandon and I exchanged gifts last night since I will be in Salt Lake and won't see him outside of work til after Christmas. I gave him a stocking that I put his name on and a bunch of fun stocking stuffers including a gift card for "Peppermint pedicures" for which I am exceptionally excited.

He got me a bottle of perfume that smells so good. I just keep catching whiffs of it and I love it, it's unique, but it's good.
